My fave Rocky Road…
Ingredients
200g Chocolate (100g Dark & 100g Milk works well)
80g Unsalted butter or Marg
120g Digestive biscuits
100g MarshmallowsÂ

Method
Crumble biscuits into small pieces – tip. End of rolling pin in a bowl works well.
Melt the chocolate and butter together – tip. Use Tupperware in microwave to melt chocolate, add butter near end as it needs less time to melt.
Cut up marshmallows if you brought big ones – tip. Buy small ones!
Mix together then add in melted chocolate and mix well.
Spoon into tin with grease proof paper. Put in fridge for a few hours to set.
