Almond Tartlet

Simple and yummy
50g butter
50g caster sugar
50g ground almonds


Get very soft butter, mix it up in a bowl with a wooden spoon and add in the sugar and almonds and mix more.

Take a shallow bun tray and spoon in a teaspoon of mixture into each section.

Heat oven to 180ºC; cook for between 6 – 10 minutes, until golden brown. Allow to cool.

Add some Raspberry jam and cream to finish off!
